This workshop teaches families with children and teens skills and concepts to cultivate more peace in the home. Topics include escalation prevention, self-regulation, communication skills, and role modeling.

Description

A peaceful home can bring families more moments of love and connection and less conflict, frustration, and chaos. This free class teaches strategies to cultivate more peace in the home, including:

  • Managing conflict with your child
  • Self-regulation
  • Effective communication
  • Role modeling 

This workshop is the first workshop in the Resilient Families series. We strongly recommend participating in this workshop before attending Raising Resilient Babies, Raising Resilient Children, or Raising Resilient Teens, as concepts are built upon as the series progresses.

Participants are entered into a gift card raffle for local businesses, family experiences, and more.
